Cozumel Subwing Tour — Fly Underwater Over the Reef

The Subwing is Cozumel's most exhilarating way to explore the reef. You hold onto a hinged underwater "wing" towed slowly behind the boat and steer with your own body — tilt to dive, twist to barrel-roll, level off to skim the surface. No diving certification is needed; just a wetsuit, a mask and the ability to swim. The private 2-hour trip cruises the calm waters in front of town and along the north shore, gliding past coral, sandy flats, fish, rays and even shipwrecks, with stops whenever you want to rest, swim or grab a drink. One or two riders take turns, so friends and family can all share the fun.
