Recommendations
Bring comfortable riding shoes (you can’t use sandals, but bring them for later). Swimsuit, change of clothes, towel, camera, biodegradable sunblock, cap, sun glasses and cash.

Mon-Sat. At Cancun Meeting point in Captain's Cove restaurant km 16.5 hotel zone at 8:00am, 10:00 a.m., & 1:30 p.m. In Playa Del Carmen the meeting point is Plaza Playacar at 8:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., & 2:00pm. In the Mayan Riviera pick up is confirmed depending on the location of the hotel.

1 person per horse. The maximum limit of people per group and schedule on this tour is 6 participants. Maximum weight: 100 kg / 220 lbs per person. Children from 8 years old accompanied by an adult (both must pay). Limitations: Pregnancy, limited mobility, back conditions, or recent surgery might require considering lower-impact activities. Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed. The order of activities is subject to changes for safety and comfort. Check if you need a special tour due to medical needs. Personal cancellations are non-refundable. Minor Ages (8): From 8 years old accompanied by an adult. Transportation is subject to availability based on your hotel's location.
